Nearly there....

So, as promised we have been busy perfecting our exercises and we are nearly ready to start....Classes will start in the week beginning Monday 11th January. Correcoching will take place on a fixed day at a fixed time but at the moment we are quite flexible about what day/time so, if you are already following us, then get in touch with us at correcoching@hotmail.com and tell us when is best for you and we can try to organise the classes around what suits people best.
Oh and we are both going to be heading off to our native England over Chistmas so if you want to contact us during the holidays it's best to email rather than call as we won't be able to answer our Spanish phones over there.
Of course we will be in desperate need of execise after filling up on mince pies, trifle and Christmas pud over the festive season so hopefully see you for the first class when we get back...remember to email us and tell us when is best for you and watch this space for confirmation of times and days.

CorreCoching returns!

Correcoching was first introduced to Barcelona by a British mum called Zoe. After sucessfully setting up and running CorreCoching, other commitments meant that she was unable to carry on with it and unfortunately the classes eventually stopped.
After we had our babies last April we started to look for ways that we could get fit and healthy without having to leave the babies.......then we talked to Zoe about it and the CorreCoching revival was in motion!
We plan to start the classes again in January 2010 and can currently be seen in various palces around Ciutadella Park perfecting our excersise routines in preparation!
