What is CorreCoching?

It’s a fun and sociable way to get out of the house and into shape after you have had a baby. We exercise in fresh air, first doing a low impact aerobic workout and then gentle toning using simple pieces of equipment- your pram being one of them. Meanwhile your baby is near you so there is no need to pay for a babysitter, express milk or worry about your baby while you do an activity for yourself.



Prices/Precios

The price of each class is 5 Euros if you come to both classes in one week you only pay 3 Euros for the second one - all proceeds go to charity! We will nominate a "charity of the month" each month - this month it is Haiti.

Cada clase cuesta 5 euros, si asistes las dos clases en una semana solamente pagas 3 Euros para la segunda -todo el dinero va a ayudas solidarias, la primera Haití, y las siguientes se decidirán entre todo el grupo.

Monday/lunes 11h - 12.15

Thursday/jueves 11h - 12.15

Remember to check this blog on the day of the class for last minute changes/cancellations - we are English so will do the class in most weather (we are used to the rain!) and one of us should always be able to come but check here just in case.

No olvides a leer este blog el día de la clase por si a caso tengamos que cancelar al ultimo minuto - somos inglésas y harémos la clase incluso si hace mal tiempo (estamos acustombradas al lluvia!) y una de nosotros siempre tendria que venir pero es mejor confirmar aqui por si a caso.

Class Cancelled today! ¡Clase Cancelada hoy!

Well today is International Water Day so it should be no surprise that it is raining I suppose! I am from one of the rainiest places in the UK and I have had enough these rainy Mondays though.....where is spring?! So, there will be no class today but hopefully see you on Wednesday in the sun!

Bueno, hoy es el día internaional de la agua y supongo que eso muy apto que llueve! Soy de una de las ciudades mas lluviosas en el reino unido y ya estoy harta de estes llunes lluviosos.....¿donde esta la primavera? Hoy no hay clase pero espero que nos veamos el miércoles con el sol.

Happy Mothers' Day!

No, I am not too early - it's Mothers' Day in Britain and any excuse to congratulate us all on what fantastic mums we are is a good enough excuse for me!
I hope you are all having a fantastic day today and that we see you at the class tomorrow. Only a "Gran nevada" can stop us from CorreCoching so we will be there as usual at 11 tomorrow.

Today's class cancelled.

OK, this is too much rain even for us Manchester ladies and we are cancelling the class today.
Sorry for any inconvenience and we hope to see you Wednesday for CorreCoching in the sun!

Bueno, este lluvia es demasiado incluso para dos chicas de Manchester y hoy la clase esta cancelada.
Espero que nos veamos el miércoles para hacer CorreCoching con el sol!

Ladies, does the poor mum in the photo above remind you of anyone? Is this how you push your baby around town? Shoulders hunched, back curved, tummy out. No wonder she looks so grumpy - what she needs is a good dose of F.S.T!
